I only installed the new patch today, been away on hols.
But after install of new patch I'm getting huge lag pauses in game, lasting anything up to 30 seconds per game, game will just freeze, and then ill end up somewhere else on the map 30 seconds later
so far I've had 3. I've also noticed bad Fps with this new patch.
anybody else getting this?
regards
josh

Yes, it is referred to as a "server de sync". Nothing like engaging in combat and then seeing everyone run in place only to come back 30 sec later to a corpse laying where your mech once stood. The other day I had one of these episodes and came back to a notice that I had killed myself. Apparently it desynced while I was running and it sent me out of bounds...

I've been getting this exceptionally badly of late. I do not know why it got so much worse when previous editions of MWO were pretty much 100% functional in a technical sense, but it's kind of ridiculous that every time I fall, look at an enemy, look at a wall while an enemy is within 200m of me, or shoot, I get to freeze in place and take a bunch of damage. No turning, minimal aiming, just get ganked while frozen in place. So much for playing brawlers. Or lights. Or light brawlers.

/edit: Oh, and it's not my internet, my ping is like 35.
