Easily reproducable, grab a mech, mount laser pointer at head, find invisible wall problems in testing grounds. Same problems pop up in live games as well.
Just to get us started and give a hand to somebody in charge of collision maps (Surely s/he's not needed in your push for CW?)
I can appreciate collision map not following every controur, but this one at the bottom pylons is pretty far from visible geometry (Oh yeah, it does not follow at all the visible geometry.. so it is really far where the pylon is thinner):

And up top, most pylons are really bad. Also seems like the collision map objects are far to rectangular for the location.

And more can be easily found... these to make combat near pylons a hassle, you don't even have to look at ballistics with their trajectories to hit a lot of invisible walls.
