Hence forth every Tuesday and Thursday night we will meet on the Starship Trooper Teamspeak and drop in training to help work on skills as a group play, and even those in single play.

So what are things to cover in practice?
- Mech Builds for competitve play.
- Tactics for competitive play.
- How to use terrain to your advantage.
- How weapons are effective best.
- Fastest ways to take down a mech.
- Teamwork for support roles.
- Battle calling.
- Chatter Traffic.
- Many more to come ...
Each of these topics will be discussed in a briefing and then the group will drop using what was discussed in the best possible way to win. So in other words; not the time to be mastering a mech, but to use a mech that helps your team win. After each match we will take 5 minutes and debrief what happened during the match. For example:

Trooper: "The lrm support was good with the use of the UAVs which we had plenty."
Commander: What didn't work?"
Trooper: "We had an issue with the Gauss Dire Whales and lack of ECM to prevent their lrms from splatting us."[/color]
After the debrief we will then change up the drop deck to better suit changes to compensate what we where lacking in the match before with out one-siding ourselves. This way we progress as a team in build drop decks and realize what the issues where that caused a loss.<p class="bbcode_quote" style="color: rgb(176, 176, 176);">

- If you have an issue about a specific player and wish not to voice it in chat then message the Sky Marshal (Clown) and we will see what we can do from there.
- Training is not a time for pity parties and/or complaining about the game, it is time for working as a team to get better at understanding roles, group tactics, and so on.
- If you have ideas for training message the Sky Marshal (Clown) your idea and if it is ok'ed start a thread in tactics to discuss your training idea and what you think it should be, but remember to get it through the SM first.
- If you would like to be a drop commander state so at the beginning of training if no one objects you will be given a chance to call the matches during traing or during the next training sessions.

- ... as time goes on mechs will be added and dropped you have one you want to suggest then message the Sky Marshal (Clown) and ask the drop commander how it could be used during training.
