It shows in the Summary and it did affect. Could anyone help me to solve this problem? I striped the mech but the problem still exists...Thanks

It is a mech or omni pod quirk. Change the mech or omni pod. For IS mechs, most of those quirks have been in effect for a long time, they only got added to the UI recently.

You can't get rid of that. That's an inherent mech quirk.

You can't remove or change the quirks on an IS mech (clan mechs can only do so if the quirk is a stat on a pod, and then they can only do so by choosing a different type of pod)
Battlemaster 1G, 3M, and Hellsinger all have -20% torso turn rate & pitch rate, compared to the other Battlemasters. Not negotiable. The ones with negative quirks tend to have a larger number of hardpoints than the ones that do not have negative quirks.

Yeah, the 1G and 3M (I think) have a reduced torso twist ability because they can mount more stuff. No way to remove that.
