The category drop down is empty and a Ticket cannot be filled out or submitted, whats going on?

I have noticed the same as well. Namely, when I tried to file a ticket for the system not letting me buy the wave 2 clan pack.

Just email support... eventually you'd get a reply (not the automated one)... I've been waiting almost a week now ;)
