I'm sorry but this game is been out for how long, and they still can't get it to run smooth?

I'm sorry, but I expect them to have a game that can at least run a solid 60fps on a good computer, but they still can't figure it out. How do they expect to survive as a F2P game on PC this way?

If you don't have a decent computer, don't reply. Your comments are not wanted. ;)

Posting something like this with only "a good computer" list your specs. Explain what is going on, what are you seeing? What are you not seeing.

Right now I am compiling data on my side for Matthew Craig on performance issues I am having with the game. Just to show I do own a good machine http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2248412

Confirming the performance is now terrible as never before. I got i7-2670QM, Gforce m555 with 512mb, 8gb ddr3 ram, samsung 830 series ssd. And now i get 8 fps at low settings and 1280x720. 2 weeks ago it was near 20-25 fps with med/hight settings.

Your problem could be related to core parking as it is a laptop you are using you can try this program https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol/ to see if that helps. Also your video card pretty low end its a GT 555M ;) you can read this thread here on the nVidia forums https://forums.gefor...force-gt-555m-/ to see where it is at the time.

I agree with you on that one, far too often people only say "My computer is good" with out any additional information.

I like to think I have a fairly strong single GPU system http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2791915 and I experience some framerate loss.

Mostly related to the HUD.

My system should be decent.

On a single screen I get my 60 FPS easily, on triple screen, I'm usually somewhere around 40. Performance looks ok to me.

Maybe the OP could elaborate some more, instead of throwing accusations around without providing evidence?

There seem to be issues with AMD CPUs which go for core count over core speed. Add a heavily CPU-bound game, and things are sad even with high-end GPUs. Add the expectations 99% of people have when owning a high-end GPU...

Wow you're really pushing that little FX, that under water? You're getting a pretty good score you are getting pretty close to my laptop http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2561488 which is XFire (so i would say poor laptop ha).

You're getting better than me on triple monitors. Why I am talking to Matthew, something is seriously not right with MW:O and my setup.

Derp...

Thanks for the "no decent computer = Shut the hell up"

I'm running a computer that is technically BELOW minimum system requirements, and I'm getting 50-60 FPS...

2.4 GHZ Dual-Core Intel
16 Gigs PCI-1333
Intel Integrated Graphics (NO VID CARD)
2 TB 7200 RPM HD

...and no, I'm NOT joking. LOL!

Yep, seems this game is 110% CPU dependent, no GPU will compensate for the CPU.

Which really stinks as I got a weak amd fx :P

Ok, I dont like the Cry Engine and would have prefered the Unreal Engine for MWO, but still...my PC is also below the minimum, quite a lot actually, and I get about 40 fps sometimes dropping to 23 at the lowest on some maps with this:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q3200 @2.33 GHz
3,50 GB DDR2(yes, really!) RAM, would be 4 but this is a 32 bit XP System >_>
Sapphire Geforce 9800 GT 512MB DDR3

Now how about that? ^^

After the hotfix my FPS dropped really hard. I had a solid FPS and suddenly it's unplayable.

i7-2600K, 8GB DDR3 HyperX, GTX460 SLI OC. Both cards are fine. Clean of dust and good temperatures.

The game is totally unplayable.

My PC runs Crysis 3, Battlefield 3, and FarCry 3 in high / ultra fine at 1080p, and yet this game constantly lags and dips (and sometimes dives) below 30fps.

Yes, it is possible for the IGP (Integrated Graphics) to run the game, but you do not fulltime get above 50fps, you have frame rate drops, and you are not noticing them. Run an event logger, and let us know after that.

That is a proper laptop.

Just an H100 actually. Its actually a very impressive little CPU, the intels rock it all day in all the Synthetics, but give it a native FMA3/4 application, and it actually scares some people. I am presently the 2nd fastest valid submission for an AMD/GTX680 according to Futuremark.

Also, With your Hex, I noticed you are using all Intel Core boost while keeping the CPU down near default clocks right? Have you checked to see if Windows is parking any of your cores for MW:O?
