Take a piece of green construction paper and trace around the hand. Cut out the trace, and outline with a black marker. Instant goblin hand decoration. P.S. Safety Scissors are a must.

Another fun project for a child on Halloween.
Take a piece of yellow construction paper, cut out a large circle, and add smaller circles for craters. Instant full moon.

I don't see how taking a cheese grader to an action figure is an item for a Child's Halloween.

Make two LV to M-HV Fusors, and use them for light (just make sure no one touches them).

Jacob's Ladders and Tesla Coils are a must (put them inside their respective Faraday cages).

Superconductors. 'Nuff said. They're freaky enough on their own.

Use a guitar and the ElectroHarmonix B9 Organ Machine for a cheap cathedral organ.

Not for children, but these are still cool.

For the record, if you kill or injure yourself doing any of this, it's your fault.
