In the Diagnostic tool - when you see the window please click "Save All Information", then proceed to save it in your Documents folder. Then open the text file it generates - highlight the information - and right click "Copy" and then paste it in your forum post.

Be sure to hit Run As Administrator when you run the executable.

also should I fallow pgis instructions

Just to answer this because no one has yet, yes, absolutely. If Support ask you to do something, they absolutely override anything we say in here. If they manage to fix it, please report back and let us know how you did it.

hi im a new player and I was wondering if MWO WINDOWS 8 compatible I have windows 8. I downloaded MWO a week ago I would go to log in and nothing the window would disappear and nothing new will pop up I ran the repair tool at least twice each time it found problems and I clicked the green fix it button today I deleted mwo and redownloaded still same problem

I have had the non opening Window forever. I do not use windows 8, so it is not exclusive. I always open my Teamspeak 1st, or my browser. Then I can alt tab out. If I forget, I cntl alt delete, open task manager, then open teamspeak, so I can alt tab in and out gl hf
