I am really fed up with having them set all weapons to 1 every few days for random mechs.

Today had 1 of 3 jagers and the Knell reset, also 1 of 3 adders. My Jenners are also often in the reset. Dont used them today, will see later....

Yep, laser Jenner resetted. And -D Jenner, but not the basically identical Sarahs Jenner.

It's a known issue.

WHat's happening is that 2 or more of your mechs have been designated the same mech by the system, so when you reprogram one of their weapons, the other gets reset because the weapon settings don't make sense for it. I have a Raven and Kitfox that are crossed, it's annoying.

They've actually officially stated they're working on it.

They are working on it for monthb now. You should think at least for new mechs that doesnt happen, but no, still does. The jagers are just 2 weeks old.

you can make a support ticket by sending an E-Mail to support@mwomercs.com

They will ask you to send them your weapongroup.xml file, then they will close the ticket without fixing it.

This happens to me on a lot of mechs too.

Oddly enough, it happens only on old mechs that I have owned for months; my Awesomes and Jenners keep getting reset, but I've had the Awesomes since beta, and the Jenners for months.

I know for a fact that my Misery and Jenner-D are linked, but now my new Cent-AH is being reset by something too. Really annoying as I swap mechs almost every match and have got into combat only to realise that all my weapons are set to 1 again
