I'd like to have my screen resolution custom for my desktop so i can see my taskbar my native is 1366x768 id like to get it to 1366x700 about is there anyway to do this? like in the user.cfg file? which i have no idea where to find! Like you cant maximize it to your active screen all i can get is fullscreen which is ok i guess but i prefer it to be the setup im used to so i can have teamspeak open etc.

any help much appreciated

You can have teamspeak open while running a fullscreen game... borderless window mode lets you alt-tab without pause.

And if you want to customize your screen resolution you would need to edit the attributes.xml w/notepad. The file is located MWO\USER\Profiles\name folder. Make sure before exiting the game that it is in windowed mode.

OptionCfg.r_Height" value="850"

Look for the above line and edit it from 768 to 700.

you need to run notepad as administrator to edit (at least for user.cfg)

Greetings all,

Be very carful with altering the game available screen sizes, there are some 'issues' with moving from in-game screen size to the MechLab screen and this could cause problems.
