Maybe you just patched the game and went straight to the mechlab hoping to mess around in your Koshi and only saw 2 of them.

It hapenned to me and all i had to do was log out and log back in and the third mist lynx was redeemed.
So... a little heads up for those who might not have got it

Happened to me to. Logged out, back in and it worked

There's currently an issue where all 'Mechs might not redeem during the first redemption prompt, but they should be resolvable with a client reboot.
We've got this logged as high-priority in the QA database.
