This bug has been around for at least the last couple of patches, but I figured I’d mention it’s still present.

Infrequently, but regularly, I’m seeing a bug where I’m taking company command (or once lance command) by what seems to be a combination of using jump jets and a movement key at the same time. I’m speculating if that is the cause, but I can only recall it happening on JJ mechs and only when I’m in the air. It doesn’t seem to be connected to a certain map or mech.

It doesn't happen every match. I'd guesstimate one in four with a JJ mech. I'm using the default keybindings for JJ's and movement.

It seem that it really can be any key, but mostly triggered by JJ's. I honest can't see how this could happen unless PGI is using a terrible spaghetti code held together with ducktape, as there is no way to intentionally acquire command via keypress. It's been happening since 12v12 when lances were introduced

Actually... duct tape, basal wood, twine, and chewing gum... they couldn't afford super glue and coffee for their breakroom.
