So in another thread, the idea came about to put your warhorns on your Locusts to 'celebrate' a kill using the most challenging mech.

Basically its a warhorn that does the following:
(deep-ish snide voice)

"Killed by a Locust!"

This encourages the victim to get better and rewards the pilot for using a difficult mech.

Win/win!!!!!

I prefer the sound of a single locust chirping. (not a cricket, because a cricket isn't a locust... )

That is a weird sound, and I'm glad you found it. We don't generally get locusts around my parts so I've never heard one in real life.

Locusts are now one of the best lights in the game. I frequently out damage & out kill all the other light & medium mechs.

They were awesome when they came out, they are still awesome and will continue being so, PERIOD ^^
Everyone telling something else shall be devoured by a 12man locust swarm ...gnihihihihihahahaha

And a resounding "YUSS!!!!" for a locust specific warhorn, be it chirping, "killed by locust" (Duke Nukem voiceover anybody^^) or some trollish derpy laugh .

And hold a contest to give some away for free! X number of kills in a Locust!
