Does the heat dissipation on the FB work for ERPPCs or just regular PPCs?

It has quirks specific to the PPC and not for the ERPPC. Weapon quirks that name a weapon ONLY apply to that weapon (as seen on the Thundebolt 9S has ones for ERPPC and not regular PPC)
At least you can still rely on the general "energy weapon" quirks on the Firebrand to apply to your regular PPC.

Yep - just tested it - it's only the standard ppc. But the ER does get the general energy cooldown which helps a tiny bit.
IS ERPPC's are just damn hot.
