If we had a community manager at the moment, they'd probably explain it's because we don't have a community manager at the moment. Actually, they wouldn't, because if we had a community manager at the moment, we'd have a community manager at the moment, so an explanation that we didn't have a community manager at the moment would be fallacious. However, in a hypothetical world in which we did have a community manager at the moment, hypothetically describing a world which to themselves is hypothetical but in fact represents our non-hypothetical world in which we don't have a community manager at the moment, I hypothesise that they would hypothesise that it's because we don't have a community manager at the moment.

Only mods (and myself) are able to create threads there.

Not quite true! (Sorry, if I break someones illusion)

Even mods need to create their threads somewhere else. But they can move their threads there, immediatly after they created them. An option normal users like us, have no access to.

Not being able to post in Kaetatoa reflects the nature of that world perfectly: you can't go there intentionally, you can only end up there when the fates seize you.
