This in mind, how about THIS Win-Conditions:
- Win the match. If you do, for every teammate alive at the end of a Match you get 1 Point.
(So you can get anything between 1 and 12 point per match that your team wins; if your team looses you get no points at all, regardless of how many teammates were alive at the end of the game.)
- You personally did not have to survive.
(This should prevent players from holding back to much; alternatively you could demand that the player should at least survive 5 minutes into the game)
- Get at least one assist.
(This should prevent players from actually doing nothing; however, what about players who only scout and spot/NARC targets for their teammates ? I think this should also count as assisting, even if you do NO damage at all. But maybe I am going to far here...)
Reason for the proposed win-conditions:
In essence you need to win, but also to keep as many teammates alive as possible.
I presume that the proposed win-conditions would lead to the team both wanting to win, but also keep the numbers of dead teammates low.
If you exclude "Skirmish" from the game modes that count towards getting points, this could become a really interesting challenge (I use the word "interesting" without a bias towards "good" or bad" here; maybe i am all wrong and it would be the worst challenge yet.. who knows ?).
I'd like to hear what other players here thing of this proposal:
Good idea, bad idea - any suggestions on how to make it better ?
Go ahead !
