I need help changing from House Kurita to Clan Ghost bear. I don't know how this works since they changed everything around. Can some please explain. I am currently in no clan and would like to change to ghost bear.

Faction Changes are handled in-game now.
From the game's homescreen, click on the Faction Tab.
On the Faction Tab, in the top-left corner of the Star Map, you can see how much time you have remaining on your current contract. Once your current contract is up, you may take a new one with Ghost Bear.
If you do not want to wait for the end of your current contract, you can terminate it at a cost of 50,000 c-bills per day remaining (there is, I believe, a two-day wait period before you can accept a contract with a new Faction). This can also be done from the Faction Tab in game.

just one other question though. If I start a clan I can still do this? And it wont renew contract to House Kurita. Because I canceled contract and shows I have to wait 24 hours before getting another. But if I create group can I still switch to Ghost Bear?

You can, yes, but you'll still need to wait those 24 hours before you can start a new contract.
