No matter what I do, I can't get the lower arm actuators to work even for a single match, and it also won't work in practice rooms.

- Note I have no idea if this affects IS mechs, just Clan mechs with the *optional* lower arm actuators confirmed here.

Same experience as the rest. Tried repair tool. It seemed to fix the issue, but then it just reverted back to only vertical movement after 2 matches or so. Tried removing actuators and re-adding them. Tried toggling arm-lock on and off in settings. Also did not work.

Hey all,

We're reverting today's changes with the AC/2 ghost heat test until we can figure out what caused this. Clan arm actuators should be functional again, as of about a minute ago.

Much as that's a mixed bag, I'm happy for that. Knowing that AC/2's will be losing the ghost heat penalty either way makes it fine, says I - and in the meantime, I'm able to wave around my Warhawk arm again, so woot to that.

still can't move my arms... :| maybe I should relog

Do we need to restart for this to take effect? Mine are still borked.

Can confirm, you gotta restart the client (if you started it before Alex posted), and then your arms will work.

I don't know why but my lower arm actuators suddenly stopped working in the middle of a match in the bog and they don't seem to be working again...

how can i fix that?

There is no key set for arm-lock (or toggle). Even if i set a key it just snaps the view to center.

Edit:
It works in testing grounds nut not matches.
seems like everyone having the same problem

I find not being shot at extends the operational lifetime of my lower arm actuators. But that's just me, your results may vary.

I had this issue.

Quitting out and restarting the game fixed it for me.

Nothing I did in game regarding arm lock or Mech configs fixed the issue in the game itself.
