To late, I've been sick for 15 days now. The reason is starting a new job and not taking my vitamins. I haven't had a the flu in probably a decade. I get busy and forget nutrition and get it right away.
I love that sig

Greetings all,
Note here: Flu is a virus, not effected by vitamins.
- Direct contact, or airborne,
- Entry through nose, mouth, eyes, or breaks in the skin.
'Resistance is futile'
- Even active and physically fit individuals are susceptible, running down your system can or may influence the virus's activity if contacted.
- Virus's adapt faster than most systems can keep up, it's not a symbiotic relationship.
(common points of contact; doorknobs/handles, washroom taps, shopping cart handles, the common cellphone, to name a few.)
Just some info,

I balance a bucket between my legs while I play and do emergency coolant flushes as needed during matches.
