This is still happening 9/10 games for me. I'm basically playing roulette everytime I play.
Any suggestions besides QoS (which I do not have running in any way)?

some wired thoughts: maybe something is causing deadlock on your package routing inside the PC ... maybe your Firewall or AV or a Virus/Sniffer/Tojan ???

Ok. Nobody's going to believe me, but.
It was my Xbox One Controller.
I use it in place of the 360 controllers, I started using it recently, around the time the issues crept up. In favor of the 360 Controller, which had a walking stick and was annoying.
If the controller's plugged in, freeze, if not, no freeze.
Can anyone test the Xbox One Wired Via USB Mini Drivers and see if you get the same issue to confirm? You don't have to USE the pad, it just needs to be plugged in when you try to load a match.
Actually, let's extend that a bit, try controllers in general.
