UPDATE: 3/13/15
Sorry guys, looks like it's not on the radar anytime soon. Big thanks to Alex G. for stepping up once again and asking the hard questions!

Regarding the YLW....I've just spoken with the art department about it. Unfortunately, the answer isn't what you're hoping for.
There are no plans to revert the YLW back to the original arm style. As cool as it may have looked, the decision was made to standardize the appearance of the AC weaponry for all 'Mechs. Standing the original YLW next to another AC/20-equipped 'Mech was odd-looking from a functional standpoint, and highlighted the fact that the Centurion would be running at a hitbox disadvantage due to the extra geometry compared to other AC/20 loadouts.
Dear PGI,
Would you be able to tell us how much, if any the right arm hitbox changed when you did the grapic pass on the CN9-YLW?
Would it also be possible to restore the AC20 arm on the Yen-Lo-Wang to its former glory. I'm all for using the current design for all ballistics except the AC20. The AC20 needs to reuse the old design.
Would you also be able to revisit the scaling of the mech in the future? It should be slimed down to that of the concept art. In it's current size it competes with heavies, which is no bueno.
P.S. As this is the very first mech I purchased in MWO. I'm very disapointed in the scaling, and the changes to the right hand. This wasn't a c-bill mech.
