It seems that Steiner has some kind of blockade around La Grave that is preventing the Clanners from invading that system.

Looks like it might be the case. Can we get any possible confirmation from Steiner forces as to wether this is true?

No worries, the Steiner "blockade" had all the structural integrity of a wet paper bag.

PGI manually changed the La Grave attack from steiner over to CGB.
