I Like my snipey laserspam mechs, I like my quirks, but i feel a little shortchanged here.



As you can see range is capped at 1500m, with 800m effective i should have 1600m range, but am capped at 1500.



same thing with battlemaster

Also im too lazy, making this video exhausted my doing semi-productive stuff quota for the day.

From what I've heard quirks only add to the optimum range, and have no impact on the maximum range.
Which means, while slightly confusing that this is working as intended.

i had the exact same poblem with wolverine at least 3 months ago, no one cared and i got ignored

Not true.
Only the IS ERLL suffers from this behaviour. All other weapons work like you'd expect [(optimal range + bonus) x2 = maxrange].

It belongs on your list.

Had a "lengthy" discussion about it not long ago.

same problem with my locust, max range capped at around 1502. Also, becomes annoying when my range indicator on my ERLL says it will hit the target (yellow text) and no hit reg occurs.

IS ER LL is capped @1500 visible range: http://static.mwomer...apons/1005.json
While the C-ER LL has 2000: http://static.mwomer...apons/1213.json
