I'm only involved in "FRR Leadership" as much as it takes to perform well in drops and organizing the logistics behind it.

Still, I don't think you'd be able to find more than a half-dozen pilots from anywhere in the FRR that would even listen to your proposal. Anyone left here is masochistic, brave to a fault, an FRR lore-*****, or a clueless pug that liked the blue dragon. I'm sure I missed a few archetypes, but what I'm saying is that everyone here is "loyal" (as much as you can be in an online vidja game) to the FRR, and would not consider any action to remove an ounce of sovereignty from the FRR.

While the FRR is certainly better than the rest of the IS even it must still be guided back to the ways of the Star League.

The Free Raselhague Republic is a small collection of world s now, but they are Brave, Fierce and Loyal. As one of the contacts for the FRR, a few things:
1) How does striking our banner for yours aid us? Not in the RP/metaphorical sense, but in the numbers/money sense?
2) Many remaining FRR are under perm contracts that would require a lot of c-bills to break. How would this be compensated?
3) Are you (you inparticular) in any way, shape or form capable of negotiating such 'options', either as a leader of a large organization or someone with a ridiculous amount of C-bills? If not you, are there others who would have such authority making these remarks? (edit: I see that you are not btw, so the whole thing is moot, but I digress, lets continue for the sake of amusement)

Should this be 'serious negotiations', the FRR would be expected to be extremely well compensated.
1) The FRR would have at least 1 representative on your highest council.
2) We'd demand every broken contract be compensated in full, as well as 25 million c-bills per member so they may start their first clan mech - now the coffers don't allow us to allocate funds for the moment, but that will change eventually and we'd like to take advantage as soon as it does. After all, FRR members running around with at least one outfitted clan mech would be to your benefit, not ours.
3) Any FRR unit that switches would still be allowed to integrate and proudly display their heritage on their Smoke Jaguar uniform, and the Jaguars will treat said integration with the respect it deserves.

This is just a start of our terms, but if negotiations are to be made they have to be started somewhere, quiaff?

As a minor representative of the 'monitors' unit our small group, I unforunately cannot participate directly in these negotiations as I try to adhere to our motto: "There is no peace, only balance". However I would like to voice my opinion that Damon Howe expressed: there would need to be serious recompensations for the republic and the mercenary groups that protect their interests. To add to these complications clan smoke jaguar represents the most ridgid of these caste systems and would be more than willing to oppress the castes lower than the warrior caste. They would hardly treat inner sphere "freeborns" as their equals in any regard. Clan smoke jaguar is a crusader clan through and through.

The "Monitors" unit will continue to fight for the FRR for the duration of our contract (9 days if I'm not mistaken), until which we deem by vote which faction requires our intervention (by the current state of map affairs my vote will ether shift to the FRR or clan Ghostbear). We will always be watching, for we are the monitors.
