Title: IS ER Large Laser Max Range still bugged

Description: When ever I fire a IS ER Large Laser with a combination of quirks and modules that give it over ~1501m of maximum range, the maximum range caps out at ~1501m of range even though the weapon's range indicates in the weapons HUD that it exeeds this. No hit registration or damage is dealt beyond the ~1501m range.

Location: IS ER Large Laser

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:

• Drop into any match or training ground (preferably Alpine Peak) with any mech with an IS ER Large Laser with over 1501 max range. (I used a Locust-V1 with ER Large Laser range module)
  
• Fire at target within max range but over 1501m distance (note: my locust has 1688m max range)
  
• Observe Lack of hit registration and then approch target and lock on to confirm that no damage was taken.
  
• Fire again at target at 1500m
  
• Observe confirmed hit registration and then approch target and lock on to confirm damage was taken
