Decoration Ceremony To Commence in Vientiane
MAY, 3050 -- In recent weeks the Zhong Shao has been required to make many cuts to the Gatekeepers Battalion, and on a handful of occasions by cutting the head of the Gatekeepers. In order to commemorate the renewed Gatekeepers battalion, with resolve forged by mutual dedication to the Celestial Throne, new nameplates affixed with military badges for those MechWarriors who performed so admirably during the Battle of Tukayyid.

Tukayyid: Loss for the Sphere, win for [HLGK]
MAY 3RD, 3050 -- Besieged by the Clans, the whole of the Inner Sphere fought valiantly to repel the Genetically engineered threat from beyond the periphery. For a week, planet Tukayyid's zones were fought for by the battle hungry MechWarriors of both the Great Houses and Crusader Clans. The battle was fought tirelessly and well on both sides, though when the dust settled on the last bloody day, the invaders took possession of Tukayyid by the narrowest of margins.
Though the hearts of the citizens of the Sphere are heavy with the news, spirits are high as the Gatekeepers JumpShips returned to Purvo with news of having been ranked 3rd among Units in House Liao, and given accolades for being instrumental in slowing the Clanner's relentless assault, and keeping them from a total victory Congratulations Gatekeepers! The honor you have brought to the Celestial Throne will be remembered by the ages.
April Battles Bring May Recruits
MAY, 3050 -- On the heels of the most honorable display at the Battle of Tukayyid a new recruitment drive is planned to bring more pilots to the Gatekeepers fold. Beginning in the middle of the month, the drive will be headed by the Gatekeepers' recruitment officer, Sang-Wei T. G. Cid. Who will be introducing a new recruitment video to generate interest among potential recruits ready to fight and persevere for Her Celestial Wisdom, in the name of the Confederation.
New Additions Amended to Gatekeepers Standard 'Mechs
[color=#000000]MONDAY MAY 3rd, 3050 --[/color][color=#000000] Recently, with the announcement of a second Resistance Pack including four new chassis, the Command Staff put the inclusion of new 'Mechs to a vote among the officers, in order to keep the ratio of Gatekeepers accepted BattleMechs as it has been. [/color]
[color=#000000]As such, the Gatekeepers are pleased to announce the inclusion of additional chassis to their roster. One per weight class, the announcement went into effect on the 1st of May. The newly added 'Mechs to the Gatekeepers roster are: The Firestarter, Griffin, Orion, and the Battlemaster. The much anticipated new chassis are expected to revitalize the Gatekeepers established and long practiced military art, and science, in addition to being a new asset on the battlefield in the future.[/color]
The Battle for St. Ives: Redux
[color=#000000]FRIDAY, MAY 1st, 3050 --[/color][color=#000000] With the recent map reset, St. Ives has once again come under assault by House Davion. Over the HPG the combatants are poised and frothing at the mouth for a chance to put the Davion dogs down. [/color]
