it looks like only the middle to lower left side of the pencil is highlighting and activating the button.
the area for the button should be a square

actually the entire pencil for renaming a mech is not even the button. the actual rename is very very tiny.
it looks like only the middle to lower left side of the pencil is highlighting and activating the button.
the area for the button should be a square
