Maybe it will look and work better if the MechStats window will be maximized/minimized not by checkbox (have anyone really seen such way to this in any other app starting from Win3.11?) but by clicking simply on the MechStarts window header? This will remove the ONLY checkbox in the headers which really buffles when you see it, making the overall screen a little cleaner.
