I have a idea on making a movie trailer and need four other Mechwarrior's to help out in making it. Anyone want to be in movies I would probably be making it during the 4th of july weekend and just some others to provide some mechs for it and footage...

Edit: You should look up Lordred if you want high-res video. He is obsessed with taking in game photography at 4k+.

I know it might be like herding kittens but drawing out my project board I will need 12 all together. Eight enemy mechs and one lance of "heros" for this project... The hero mechs will be light to heavy with jump jets to pull off some camera shots, and also the heros will need some type of crazy paint colors to mark them unique.

The enemy mechs will need to be of any clan type of mechs as you guessed it they wont win Sorry but some type of red paint. The map will be on Tourmaline Desert if I can find a location or Terra therma depending but still working on it.. I have a four day weekend so lots of edits will be in my future but just want to have fun in making this.

Should take about 3-4 hours "I hope" but just need some people to come together and have some fun.. Thanks I have so far

Also what time and day next week Fri-Sun is everyone free? I would like to get shots on a friday night if possible as I have to edit all the footage during the weekend but if we cant we can do it on sunday as the 4th is on saturday...

My idea is seeing some movie trailers I just wanted to do one with mechwarrior, a game i've played from day one of battledroids (first called that)and just needed some friends to help out with a movie idea. Not going to produce a movie but make the 2 1/2 minute trailer for one. Who know maybe produce one if things go good. but would be a fan made one with the engine of mechwarrior online.

LOL the budget would be time and thats it and what we have to work with...

Anyways just wanted to let everyone know.. Friday would be great for me so I have time during the weekend to edit and hammer something out for it. anytime friday is ok?

OK I was thinking on friday afternoon about 4pm PST (Pacific Standard time) I live in California so let me know if you can come..

I will have more information on Wednesday on what is needed. I'm still working on the story board at the moment and will have a rough idea on what is needed for mech wise..

8 clan mechs mostly in one of the clan colors
4 IS mechs in crazy paint colors or patterns
1 IS mech Locust any color is fine

I will have camera shoots at several angles so might have to get a shot several times in order to get the angle.Will let you know more tomorrow..

That's about 08:30 my time, so should be fine.

I have clan mechs to paint, as I have some colours and patterns for them, except the primes, they would be the invasion pattern, but could change colours on them.

As for inner sphere, I have a few, and some will take polygon. And again could paint them.

I am a bad light pilot, but will bring a locust if needed, but will not pay mc for patterns for it.

I'm sure we will sort it out on the day.

I will not have premium time for the private lobby.

No need to purchase anything.. Just 2-4 hours of just having fun with friends and doing some filming for a movie trailer using the MechWarrior online engine.

The locust can just be of any color, and any build.

The locust is a downed pilot behind the lines and the hero's are the crazy SOB's to go get him.

I will purchase some time so we can use it, just bring a mech, some fun, and some good laughs. I just need footage so I can make a movie trailer.

Ok update on This friday at 4pm PST for the video.. The following mechs I need to have for the shots.

Hero's (all need to have jump jets, and a different paint job)
1 Raven 4x or the hugin (either one is fine)
1 Catapult (c4/c1/A1) builds with jump jets
1 Victor or highlander (highlander would be nice but victor is ok)needs jumpjets
1 Panther 10K ® paint should be outlandish

Clans (can be of any build but needs to have red in the paint job)
2 Timberwolves
2 mad dog's
2 Nova's
1 Kitfox (Kfx-C build)
1 Direwolf

The first clans need to be for the first shots of the trailer then later on after I get shots of the first fight they can be of any thing they want but need red in the paint jobs

1 lone Locust Pirates Bane (if no one has a pirates bane then a 1V build would do) the build on both need to have 4 machines guns for the 1V and two for the Pirates bane)

Thank you in advance and excited to get some great shots with everyone and also of course everyone that comes will get in the credits

13 people all together is whats needed so let me know what you want to play and if you can make it as well... I will email with TS info on thrusday. If there is more than whats needed then I could use more clan mechs if they want to come. Also just one other person needs to have premium time as well as I will have it also so we can open a private match...

Can fill any of the clan except the kitfox.

Rather light on the inner sphere, only have a C1, and that is a founder pattern. I do have a 10KR.
