Please, when you are playing as a member of the Inner Sphere on CW, please remember that not every Clan Mech comes equipped with ECM.
The Mad Dog is one example of this. It has no ECM.
So when someone asks for a targeting assist, just go ahead and do it, that is unless you enjoy the continued Stomp Fest that the Inner Sphere is suffering under the relentless assault by Clan Mechs.

Yes the Clans are highly focused, they communicate, and they don't just stand out in the open waiting for someone to blast them.
