My OS is on c: (SSD)
MWO is on D: (HDD)

I tried Win10 only to wreck my whole OS, had to install Win7 from scratch.
But hey, all games are on D:, no massive downloads .... except MWO.

The patcher wants me to patch the whole game though i was online a week ago.

Any Solutions?

All I can think of is to make sure the patcher is installed to the same path as your MWO directory (presumably D:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online).
I know some people have just copied the files across from an old PC to a new one and managed to get it to work using the old files without downloading the whole game and I would imagine that would is how.

Install MWO client, copy all files in there and run the repair tool if necessary.

The safe approach is to just let it download/patch while you are asleep.
