I recently upgraded to windows 10, and noticed that when i tried to go to twitch.com, i was blocked, odd i thought, i never had an account on that site or do anything, then i went to some other sites, and they were appearing in dutch (i'm english, in england)

So i googled 'what's my ip', and then googled my ip, and i found this.

Turns out 'my' IP is registered to a company called digital ocean.

What the hell is going on? i used to have a dynamic ip

(would of posted this in hardware, but it seemed to be hardware in relation to mwo, so i ask here)
