First I own a gazillion mechs. Second you are trying to entice people with not only a Gargoyle, but a Gargoyle B?
I know PGI is desperate for money but how is this sale supposed to get the whales to open up their wallets? Especially given that you haven't given us anything to spend our MC on as it is. Hell, buying the top tier mech packs I will have premium time to pass on to my grand-children's children.
What could get me to buy MC that I don't need and won't use? Early access to new skins. When is the last time we had a new skin? Been forever. Or a mech module or weapon module pack of the most popular modules.
Or pay to advance (or not drop). How about a 10-pack of vouchers that can be used to prevent a PSR loss.
No creativity in these sales.
What will get you to open your wallet?

If these rewards are meant to entice us to buy MC, they just aren't worth it. Especially since you don't get the lower tiers for high-tier purchases. If you did, I might consider buying a high-level package to get a big-ol-bag of goodies.
However, no thanks. Not paying 100$ for MC and a single mech. Especially not the gargoyle.

Also, the Arctic Cheater-C + mech bay reward is pretty sweet for $30 MC pack. AC + mech bay is almost $15 by themselves. Light pilots should definitely check it out.

Though obviously there's a lot of other areas they could monetize. Computer voices, cockpit monitors, cockpit customization, mech lab/home screen customization, a pilot system, etc etc...

Skins are tricky because of the way PGI ended up doing their texture/camo system. They have to manually design each pattern for each 'mech, which by this point is a megaton of work considering the amount of chassis available. I think they should have done something different and more reusable for camos, but it is what it is.
Also that would completely defeat the purpose of PSR. It's not a rank. If your PSR is dropping then it should be dropping.

If you are looking at the items as free items so be it. But if they are meant to be items that entice you to buy MC is anyone really enticed to spend on the higher packages?
Quarantine and Thunderbolt? And the Timber wolf A? If you are going to try and entice people with mech how about a Streakcrow or Dire? Instead there are lower tier packages with better mechs as pointed out above.

Agree on the skins but also why I would buy MC I don't need if that was the enticement.
And yeah, having matchmaker throw me in a match with a bunch of mouth breathers where I manage to have the high score on both teams only to watch my PSR go down while the guy who was AFK on the winning stays even...Thinking a voucher to stop that nonsense would be nice.

That is true, but they could easily release for example a "shiny" pack, which contains metallic reflective versions of some of the more popular camos we already have, like polygon, etc. Another idea would be a rusty pack, or a battle-worn pack with lots of holes, dents, and tacked on fixbits, all done by only slightly modifying existing camos.
Or they could release totally new camos mech by mech. Not a big deal, since you can't buy camos spanning multiple mechs anyway.
But the best way to get whales to spend more money would be custom geometry. Which is unfortunately a lot of work, too, at least for camoed parts.

I think you can get the Timbie-A for a cheap price of 15 mil cbills (practically free). Who in their right mind would spend that crazy amount on a single mech???... or the 99.95$ MC pack for that matter?
If PGI really wants to sweeten the deal, they should give away mastery bundles as rewards.

See, that's what makes the current deals so bad.
$100 for a mastery pack (usually a medium) isn't half bad.
For one assault mech and a mechbay.. you might as well sell another unseen.
