Remember folks, killing a side torso gives you credit for damage to the remaining arm HP too. This is probably the easiest way to rack up damage on a target.

Free stuff is always great but you aren't making much sense. You want players to play in CW. You run events that discourage playing CW. How would CW players getting bonus stuff for shooting mechs hurt the normal queue players that get bonus stuff for shooting mechs? *shrugs*

Meta-Build Invasion. Dakka Wolves...Streakcrows...you know...stuff that you have to work hard at to be skill-less. LRM's take quite a bit of skill to use.

Predicting ~ 12 matches.

All you need to do - focus fire on a component to open it up. Team mate takes the killing blow thanks to you but you get KMD.

Alternatively, aim to be the one that strips the RT/LT off clan mechs.

Easy peasy.

All I will be doing is running BJ-1X or ACH to get this done.. ..the have great alpha's and are tops for stripping components. You also have the mobility and durability to really give heavies and assaults a REALLY bad time.

Does it count if you kill an enemy with most damage done? Or does the killing need to be done by another person in order to count?

You still get awarded KMD if you get killing blow (and do the most damage).. ..in fact, if you KMD and KB you also get SOLO KILL!

Now if only there was a M-M-M-M-MMULTIKILL!!!!!! award

You guys talking about lights not being able to do this too well, my Jenners will have tons of fun. My SRM16 oxide, known for doing 600 damage in under 4 minutes should be able to handle, and the wubby Jenner-F should also be good for it.

I never kept track of how many KMDD I've done before ..... I guess I'll find out now. I will use the free 7 day premium time to collect more C-bills.
This is the first time I've seen a tournament like this. Kudos to PGI for thinking up a new and original challenge!
