So until last patch, the "Std Laser X"-quirks on the TBT-5J applied to Large Pulse Lasers, now they don't do that. Bug or intention?

If intention: to what EXACTLY do they apply to?

Standard lasers means not ER and not pulse => small laser, medium laser and large laser.

^Absolutely. If it was applying to LPLs, that was a bug.
