I notice flickering textures on the upper border of the cliff surrounding the polar highland.

I am using an NVidia Geforce GTX 860M with the driver version 361.43 under WIn 10.

has been comfirmed by multiple players with different graphic cards...play around in the graphic settings and find out what causes and fixes such issues. that solved it for me many times.
