Map voting screen: the blue- ish numbers showing the percentage of votes
and the progression circles are flickering pretty bad since the patch.

In game: the progression bars for the cap points in conquest mode also.

No exceptions so far, 100%

EDIT: Sry, the specs.

What are you're hardware specs? Are you using an AMD Graphics card, and if so what driver version are you using?

I am getting the same thing, as well as flickering on the cap bars in conquest(can't tell how far bases are capped)). I am running AMD R9270x with latest stable driver. Driver Packaging Version: 15.30.1025.1001-151204a-296874C(taken from AMD Settings App)

Do you use the AMD Radeon Crimson 16.1.1 Driver (Feb12) ?

Get it here - Problem solved (use the links that be appropriate for your OS/GPU):

I've been experiencing both issues--flickering vote donuts, and flickering Cap trackers that make it nearly impossible to tell who has captured which points.

Also running AMD GPU and CPU, but this issue started with the new patch.

Forward this to support@mwomercs.com if you haven't. I've heard of this happening in previous patches after the release of AMDs Crimson Driver

The 16.1.1 hotfix listed on the page for my win 10 R200 series solved the problem. No more flickers. I had used the software to check for updates. I guess it doesn't apply hotfixes automatically. The release download listed is the same as what I had 15.something, so if anyone hasn't, try that hotfix out first.

If you have a Radeon 6000 or older GPU you need the 16.1.1 Feb3 Legacy-Driver as the Feb12 Hotfix does not support them and only installs the UI but not the Driver.
