If they released the minimap in the patched state everyone would just be complaining about missing the doritos and there would be a huge outcry to fix something that they did not want to be part of this iteration. However, a FUBAR minimap outraged the community and most of you accept the "hotfix" as an acceptable compromise.
Discuss.
***BTW, personally great job on the minimap. I like how it turned out after the dust settled. Will be really cool if we see features like dorito recognition from modules/abilities/weapons.***

Problem with most tinfoil hat theories is that they grossly overestimate competence and strategic capability of the parties involved
Like for example with ISIS, which is surrounded by many tin foil theories, blaming every possible side, however more tangible proof (wiki leaks and hacked emails of a certain presidential candidate) indicate it was merely a side-effect of a plan to prevent Iran from getting Syria on it's side by fueling a civil war there.

..but, yeah. PGI is cut off. Between constantly screwing up, breaking things that aren't broken and removing features from players just so they can sell them back to us.. I ain't giving those jerks another dime.

just turn it around no tinfoilhta is waterproof because its not being a hat if so. And so it's ability to be proven wrong is simply a matter of perspective.

I don't care which direction enemy is facing, as I check regardless... I just like the fact that it orients itself to your direction.

At some point people will learn to start listening for enemy foot falls again. Used to be a common skill before seismic wallhack came along. Now it's basically a lost art.
