Title: Mechs are turning asynchronously - Gfx lags?

Description: Problem exists since patch 1.4.79. Problem occurs through the whole match - not only after the start (so it dont seem to be a decal problem)
When I turn my torso around by 90 degrees or more and pull my legs to follow (by using "Center legs to torso" command) then I have a massive lag in my gfx and also the mech feels turning asynchronously. Asynchronously means: it turns for the first 60 degrees very slow and the last 30 are done very very fast. When zooming in or out during the turn, the lags are increasing!
I dont think thats a problem with my pc - Nvidia GTX980TI, 32 GB of RAM and a i7-4790k CPU.

Location: All matches

Reproduction Rate: 100% - everytime i turn my mech more than 30 degrees

Steps to Reproduce: Turn your toros as much as u can, order your legs to follow by hitting "Center legs to torso" and turn further. Stop after u turned around 90 degrees => Legs are moving asynchronously! When zooming in or out during the turn, the lags are increasing!
