I know everyone is up in arms on Faction or Community Warfare of what Russ desired to change everything about it (Video Rant coming soon) but all in all I played four matches last night and won 3/4 of them because people worked as a team and someone was calling the shots and took the courage to make the hard choices..
One such person is "DropShipPilot" last night gave us a plan and we stuck to it and we not only won the match we also had a awesome time playing as well but dont know about the other team LOL..
I just wanted to give a shout out to this fine MechWarrior and give him the props that he deserves in playing and calling the shots with a solid plan in what we had to do in Faction Warfare.I myself have been absent from FW or CW for a while and this brought hope that the community would come together and play as a unit with a bunch of pugs and what we can accomplish in the game.
Oh boy Faction or Comunity Warfare has major problems and too much to list but it was not too bad except for the long wait times I had to deal with last night and people just leaving the buckit but had fun..
Anyways here is "DropShipPilot" leading us to victory

Pugbossing FTW.
All due props to anyone who puts in the effort to pugboss and props again to the puggles who listen to the calls.

Yeah, i have taken command of pugs before multiple times, and it is frustrating. Kudos to you. I don't bother to "pugboss" anymore.

DropshipPilot I give props when I see them and you called it like a leader and I just wanted to give a shout out for ya.. That goes for anyone that plays the game as well...

Dropped with DropshipPilot on the same planet and the the same map myself. We had the luxury of having a few experienced FP Players on the team and I'm a Drop Caller for my unit myself. I think once he started to take command most of us realized pretty quick that he knew what he was doing and everyone happily followed his lead. I myself tried to support him with target calling and pushing the team forward. We had one hell of a good fight and them Clanners never knew what hit them.
That was some FP at its best, thx for all your effort DropshipPilot.

Dropship Pilot is a professional. House Kurita is fortunate to have him.

FP is good fun, even PUG matches can be good if the team listens to a plan and at least attempts to execute it. Even if a loss, long as the plan was tried, can't do anymore than that.
Also a quick tip as well Oldbob, you were firing those MPL on the WHM/TDR at 450m-650m a hell of a lot, at that range you're not doing any damage with MPL but generating a whole lotta heat which you could use when you close in a bit further, by doing this you'll see a good rise in damage/kills/cbills earnt each game for sure.
Nice work overall
Yeah it's hard work, sometimes.
PUGbossing is hardest IMO in Davion. I've tried a few times the last few days, beating my head against a wall a bit. Davion PUGs are the worst out of all the houses I've been in haha. I mean DSP called for weight first wave, and everyone actually listened. Absolutely amazing, no LRM Griffin 2Ns first wave FTW!
Nice one DSP. Had some really solid games against SRMx over the past few weeks when we've been up against you, always good fun.

Getting pugs to listen usually either is simple or like herding cats. Kudos for good leadership amongst the pugs.
