Many years ago my eyes where a bright bronze/gold tone due to a rare physical condition.
in combination with my dark hair and bronze skin tone many ppl at highshool had problems meeting or holding my gaze till a fellow archer from my archery club came up with the nicname.
Today this condition is gone and my eyes are hazel again but the nic name stays.

Koniving is derived from three letters of my first name and the word Conniving, as I tend to be a sly and sneaky one.
In the first actual game where I used it, I made it a point to follow players around in another f2p shooter game holding just a melee weapon (usually an E-tool which is a military collapsible shovel , staying just barely an arm's length away from enemies that had shotguns, LMGs, ARs or even launchers and just stalking them. Teammates would see this and their mics would come alive with chuckles, snickers or laughter.
"What's so funny?"
"There's this poor sod being followed by Koniving and he doesn't even know it."
"Don't shoot him, don't shoot him; this is hilarious."
"Why's he even doing that? Just kill the--oh my god is he dancing?!"
"Yeah! (slurred with laughter) oh god he just put a C4 behind him n--BOOM!"
"(Cackling)"
Play this.
And while that plays, go through these... in the spoiler Replay song as desired.
Thus where the name comes from.

In 1 of the native languages in my homeland, this means heartless. Felt it brought a little tribal-isque feel to the game

Mine is an english translation of a finnish comedy character from the 80's. Reverend Herring = Pastori Silli. No reason, besides for the giggles =)

Couldn't think of a username.
Looked around.
The Starcraft II WoL box was in sight.
The character Zeratul from Starcraft II is lame.
But Zeratul from the original Starcraft was cool.
~The end.

Lanzman is my nickname from my Navy days in the early 80s. Some of my old friends still use it when we're hanging out. Also, unlike many MWO players, I wanted a name that was actually pronounceable in voice chat.

My username is a reference to a character in the Star Wars Extended Universe (now refereed to as Star Wars Legends) who was a pilot in Rogue Squadron who found out that his biolgical Grandfather was a Jedi from the Clone Wars (not the tv series) and later trained to become a Jedi and eventually became a Jedi master and high ranking member of Luke's Jedi order if you do not know to who I am referring look up Michael A Stackpole's X-Wing series and "I Jedi"
