Ur lrm 5 build looks hot, and it dosnt have enough ammo. Think i have a build with like 3 lrm 5 and 2 large pulse.
Streaks are bad. Streak 2's are terrible.. So much tonnage for weapons so little dmg and ammo

I don't think OP was going for meta builds here. It's not supposed to be good, it's supposed to be hilarious.
(Personally I'd use 8 streak twos and replace the ninth slot with whatever was the biggest LRM I could fit.)

What about 15 Flamers on a Dire Wolf? You can even fit four U/AC-5s with it.

Regarding, in relation to the Vultures/Mad Dogs are based on the Archer, somewhat. Sharing a design lineage, but not strictly descendent on it.

I did a build based on a lore variant for the FRR (below, if interested). Strictly long range support though. So yeah, the Archer is viable, fun and a great missilie platform. But its not for everyone.

ARC-5R Built by the GKT Enterprise factory on Satalice for the Free Rasalhague Republic, the 5R was introduced in 3050 and bore similarities to the 2K model of the Archer. It carried a pair of FarFire LRM-15 launchers but mounted two Victory Nickel Alloy ER Large Lasers, one in either arm, in place of the medium lasers. It also linked Artemis IV fire control systems to the launchers and utilized twelve double heat sinks to improve waste heat dissipation. Despite being built around an Endo-Steel chassis, these improvements necessitated a decrease in armor protection by two tons.
Based on the 2k, both around 3050 era around the Clan invasion. Not sure which engine type and rating they used though or how muchlrm ammo they had.
ARC-2K The 2K Archer was a modification built for House Kurita in 2856, designed to increase its direct firepower capability and give it more staying power on the battlefield once it had run out of ammunition. The 'Mech replaced the LRM-20 launchers with two FarFire 15 LRM-15 launchers and removed all of the medium lasers along with some armor. They used this extra weight to add a Large Laser in each arm, and two heat sinks. Besides its use with Combine forces, this variant became common among the KungsArmé following its formation.
