in this case should the DWF,
(60* turn Angle)(48.6Kph(52.5khp)(OmniMech)
Should the DWF get CT Structure & Mobility Quirks?

in this case (+15CT-Structure(as non KDK-3s have)
and (+30%Acell/Decell(it can go get to Max Speed(52Kph) Faster),

(remember the DWF is an OmniMech and cant change its Speed or Upgrades)
