Was about to say the same thing. Resistance II pack, title for the Wolfhound I think it was.

I guess you guys are still working on the other 3? Hopefully the Nightstar's hand actuator has been removed. :D

The Nightstar is gorgeous! I do however have some gameplay concerns but I am very thankful you added this mech.

With the Clans ability to mount an 80 to 100 alpha so easily I think the STs on the Nightstar need reducing as well. Yes you can twist to reduce dmg to an individual section but being able to pump out that kind of dmg is going to add up very quickly especially with "shoot here" signs. I'd say those vents are like a Mad Cat 2's missile ears almost except no Clan xl or just not equip missiles to get rid of them.

My list of what I'd like changed,
- Raise arms to be horizontal with body
- Reduce size of STs (Or durability quirks but I'd rather it not be quirk dependent)
- Remove hand actuators, model can stay but please free up those arm slots

PGI... I know the Nightstar was billed as being strong but as it currently is modeled it needs more in the quirk department

I’m actually getting a little excited about the Osiris - and I was all like, “meh” before...

May need to strip the arms and stuff a UAC10 in that side torso....

Darn that ST on the Night Star, it's hopeless :(

Hand actuator can be removed without it affecting the model, like with the Black Knight.

And the wolf is out. Gosh, looks like the warhammer and huntsman designers had an experimental hybrid going on. Looks great is what I mean.

Not to mention the aggressive downward slant of the arms such that the Gauss rifles are essentially hip level.

Why go to such lengths to nerf the mech???

Because they can and might be slightly (and unreasonable) sadistic in crunching gauss/ ppc meta even more. Who knows, might find answers in a book somewhere, hidden inside their "balance office", occupied with random generated dartboards..

PGI, could the arm slant be an option, based on loadout?
The model has plenty of shoulder room.

So do we start a "Save the Nightstar!" thread now, or after they drop?

I would actually say that it would look awful with straight horizontal arms.

Why not arms like Urbie or BlackJack, better yet the Catapult?

It would be awful because PGI intentionally increased the arm length of the mech. Shorten the arm length and make the arms straight horizontal.
