to give you folks money? Support must be inundated with issues since they have not responded in 2 days.

3 credit cards, confirmed paypal acct ... all rejected. I have talked with each of the vendors and they say there is nothing on their end stopping the transaction.

Called playscan/visa/who is failboating this: "wait 2 days for the system to reset and try again"

They seriously need to fix this before it actually goes live, how else are they going to make any money.

Never had any issues giving LoL or WoT my money.

I have difficulty giving EA my money, sometimes, but that's for very different reasons..

I have tried the other approaches listed in the forums, different browsers, different computers, etc.

Please don't make me go back to Diablo 3 :)

I am not behind any proxies (double checked) and even removed myself from my router and plugged directly into my modem...no joy.

I saw the posts regarding using Ultimate Points or whatever, but I can't seem to find Mechwarrior Online listed under any of the groupings -- I might just be blind though.

Jespot, you may want to try again since the money handling company had their servers down for maintenance last night. A lot of people were having issues as well.

This.

Don't jump to conclusions, OP. Patience is a virtue.

Ya this is rediculous.. More people are never going to play the game just for the fact that they got ripped off... i got rejected everytime yet they still charged me, and i still have no game. And no way to get a refund.

WoT uses the same payment processor (Playspan), so the fact that you had no problems with that game but are having issues here balances out. It is not MW:O's fault, other than perhaps to choose Playspan - though they appear to be one of the leaders in this industry, so the choice probably seemed logical at the time.

This is still a total fail...time to try the visa pre paid card as some folks have said that works.

/sigh

I hear you, tested with CC Still have the same problem myself where it just will not go to the next page for the CC payment (where it should ask for address etc) just blanks out and resets the fields for details.

Id be leary about a pre-paid CC, I imagine getting a charge back on one of those would be more difficult

next step, try a friends computer/ISP and see if that works (2 desktops, laptop all do the same thing here)

I honestly am thinking it is a bad idea at this point to pay for a founders pack, seeing as how I have so little room in my budget for accidental transactions. I have one of those banks that just loves to hit me hard for overdrafts and such, wouldn't trust them to fix any problems on their end of it...

Yep, agreed. I came on here to read up on how things are going and it's not giving me a warm fuzzy reading all these double, triple charges, people not getting anything after paying, lack of support, issues with taking payment. I think I'll pass on this one. Looked good but some of us don't like the hassle tbh and all this "oh you need to be patient" fire back from people.. you are idiots. You are talking about people making payments where the system is screwed and you want patience? C'mon, be realistic about it, this should have been figured out long ago to avoid this kind of issue surfacing because people don't like waiting and they don't like tragedy when their hard earned money is involved.

You cannot expect me to drop $120 on a founders when I cannot be guaranteed it will not be a hassle to even get it.. I don't need to jump through hoops nor should I be expected to be patient when I shell out a large sum of money.
