I follow the instruction given, got a temporal password that helped me to log in, so I go to my profile and try to "reset the password" I get to the part where it asks for your "new password" and then the "confirm password" option and all I get is "there was a problem with your imput, please try again" what gives? anything I try is wrong? Im trying to set a new password and every try is wrong? it doesnt make sense.

ok, as of now Im using the password sent to me via email by mwomercs.com in order to log in, I am unable to reset my password, apparently I type my password differently each time in "newpassword" and "confirm password" slots, seriously need some help here. Im not sure what Im doing wrong or if its the toolthe one giving trouble.

PS

just noticed thats the slots that reads "your current password" is blank, before, when I initially tried to reset my password it read " *********** " (very useful btw) but now it is blank, what does that mean? one could imagine it should display the original password or at least the temporal, which is only 7 letters/numbers, but no, does it mean i have no password but the temporal one? which is the only one that works.

@simon1812: This sounds like your browser is trying to pre-populate the current password field with your saved password for the site. You need to enter the current password as it was sent to you via email, the temporary one. Then put in your new password twice and you should be fine. Please create a new thread if you have any further issues.
