It all started with this thread:
http://mwomercs.com/...8328#entry48328
Now I finally have from the mail an Urbie and Urbie IIC.
The question is what colors to paint them in?
One I'll paint in black with gold trim, which honors the Piranha Games colors but I'll take suggestions from you all for the second Urbie.
List one color and one trim color. I won't accept canon schemes from the table top unless they have only two colors.
I'll start painting on the weekend for the Pirahna color Urbie while this thread gets replies. I hope to have a good idea of what to paint the other Urbie (possibly the IIC) on Monday or so.
Then I'll mail to PGI afterwards.

Paint the IS Urbanmech in Black and Gold. How about the Clan Diamond Shark Lambda Spina Galaxy's Blue and silver scheme for the IIC?

Paint a hello kitty Urbanmech. Double the ridicule, double the humiliation.

Thankfully my wife hasn't signed up yet, she would vote for that color scheme as well.
After a series of frustrating events I finally found my camera and snapped off a few quick shots for the PGI Urbie:
What do you all think so far? I'm thinking of priming the Urbie IIC now, but if anyone has extra ideas for the PGI Urbie I want to hear you out.

A new posting for the Urbie IIC. The pics will be in links instead of what I did earlier due my preference since they're in steps instead of finished format.
History: http://www.sarna.net...i/UrbanMech_IIC
So basically its Clan Coyote's fault/awesomeness for this upgrade.
The other Clans use it in their second line forces.
The mini is currently archived by Iron Wind Metals, meaning if you buy any the first one will have an archival fee attached to it.
The top half I glued to the legs and I was just starting to take care of the arms. This poor thing is slouching.

Now according to most references, the Ultra AC 10 goes on the right side but honestly with this one it doesn't matter.
I did place them in the "normal" order though since the holes and pegs were universal.
I've found a fun use for wall tack which that stuff you get at the office supply stores to hold up posters.
Apparently it clings to metal pretty well, supports parts easily, then peels off and becomes quite reusable.

http://img.photobuck...0/UrbieIIC3.jpg
Eventually I'll start filing the mold lines and prime this for the color scheme.

Well the Urbie IIC was either going to be Diamond Shark or Hello Kitty.
I flipped a coin, the cat won.
Luckily I did buy some pink and lighter red paints at one point so I peeled off the plastic and used some on the Urbie IIC.
It is in progress, life has been interesting these past weeks but here's what I have so far:

Apple Barrel White and Diva Pink are used, I primed with a white cheap spray I bought at WalMart one time.
