Alright, I am looking for a group of players who want to play as a team and will attempt to be organized a few nights a week.
I play more often but I do not want others to feel as if it is a second full time job. I would like something like a mmo raider's schedule, be here for a set few hours 2 or 3 days a week, and work together. If we're online more, just kickback have a good time. If people want to play together more, great fill the rest with randoms. I want a well ran group with a strategy and set roles for each drop.
I've ran guilds/clans/corps/etc but I just want to be able to focus on playing my role well and being a good little cog in our team.

I do not care what we play as, ie mercs or house affiliated
I would prefer the team to be over 18
I play on the west coast 6-9ish most days
I prefer to leave weekends open
I want to be serious in the community warfare (IF its viable or worthwhile)
I like numbers and will do math on setups load outs and builds, and am familiar with the battletech and mechwarrior universe.
I would love to say I'm better than you at this and will own everyone, but I can't without being full of it, I'm just another guy wanting to play better, with like minded people and have a good time while doing it.
I would like the group to be fairly level headed, no one is perfect and joking around is great and bs'n helps reduce stress and make things fun, BUT hopefully we're there to win first and foremost.

House Liao will fit just about all of this, We really aren't that serious, but come CW, expect to be at new avalon within a few weeks (and since i know a few davions will claim this, it will not be as prisoners of war). show up whenever you feel like it. we usually have people in TS. and while combat can get intense at times, we don't attempt to micromanage how you play. and unlike my previous unit, House Liao doesn't report you for that's what she said jokes... (long story, that i really don't feel like going over again...)

We are a casual laid back team that plays other games as well. We play a LOT of MWO usually on a nightly basis so we build some chemistry. Most of us have been in MWO beta for quite some time so we consider it as practice completed thus far. If you want things like that, you should join a clan.
For the Steiner House, you could join the Skye Rangers. Biggest clan under the Lyrian Alliance flag.
