Deleted Post Extending Threads

It seems that deleted post increase the size of threads and it causes two problems.

1. The link to last posting will send the user a few pages back instead of to the last post, the amount of pages that the user is sent back might depend on how many deleted post there are.

2. Links on quoted post that lead back to the original post direct you to the wrong page, the same effect as problem one.

These two problems only happen to logged in users, because guest do not see deleted post.

Suggest adding an option that hides or removes deleted post.

I'm probably completely and utterly wrong.

Ah, so that's why I always land some pages before the end instead of the last post. Also happens when you make a new post in a thread with deleted posts in them. Good catch.
