It's a mod for another game, Crysis 2 I believe. You have to own the retail game, and then google search Mechwarrior Living Legends to download the mod. I've never played it so I can't vouch for it.

It's not for Crysis 2, it's a mod for Crysis Wars, which comes packaged with the Crysis Warhead standalone expansion for Crysis 1.

Download it at www.mechlivinglegends.net. It's more fun than MWO at this point, yes, I know, flame me into oblivion. But, I've answered your question. Crysis Wars is usually $19.99 on Steam, but it's usually quite worth it.

actually i downloaded Crysis wars at torrent...not to play Crysis but to play MW:LL and that mod was so good i bought Crysis Warhead noc bcuz of game itself but bcuz of mod...what is it about game which is so bad that mod is better than original game xD

What little I have played of MWLL I found to be very good! It does lack the verstility that previous MW titles have offered i.e. Mechlab. I do believe the Dev team is doing very well at making it great game in time, but they do not have the personel or recources other game Devs have. Not to mention they don't get paid. Perhaps in the near future they may open development more into the public hands (legalities permitting) but then there is always the the hacker cheat factor to account for. I do watch the dev of this game with hope and optimisim.

So, I get CRYSIS WARS not CRYSIS 2. And there is also CRYSIS WARHEAD. And I get the MOD for them? Haha .

yea Crysis Warhead is datadisc for Crysis 2 and Crysis wars is multiplayer only for Crysis warhead.I think u can download wars only from steam but i bought all.

Hope this will help as this is what I did to get it. You need Crysis Wars to run MWLL. It comes free as an addon when you purchase Crysis Warhead. I purchased my copy as a download from Origin for about $10. Once you have Crysis Wars installed you will need to go to MWLL website and near the upper right corner you will see where it says download Beta Version 0.6.0, click there and follow on screen instructions (it is free).

I do not know if you can buy Crysis wars as a standalone. I can say that any Crysis game is worth $10 though. If you need further help PM me.

MWLL is not a completed product and has a huge learning curve so read as much as you can there and then ask thier members for further assistance. The community at MWLL is very helpful and friendly.
